The performance activewear fabric is an 82% polyester and 18% spandex blend. It is medium weight & sturdy enough to offer support, while still maintaining breathability, shape retention and quick dry qualities.
All the activewear fabric is printed using a unique dye process called sublimation, which reduces print fade during washing and reduces the contamination of waterways.
The inks used in all Matcha & Ink products are water-based pigment inks which are CPSIA compliant, and Oeko-Tex™ certified. This means they are non-toxic and reduce environmental waste.
I use the performance fabric in the following products: yoga leggings, yoga capris, yoga shorts, fashion leggings & crop tops.
The loose tank tops are made from a soft and drapey peachskin jersey knit fabric which is a 92% polyester & 8% spandex blend. The printing process of the jersey is the same as the performance knit fabric.
I am committed to increasing the use of sustainable and recycled fabrics over the next 24 months, as well as offering activewear made from organic cotton and bamboo.
